Know You

By the time we are ready to put together your plan, there should be a feeling that:

we understand what motivates you,

what led you to giving us a call, and

the experiences you have had in the past.

We will have given you a clear idea of any costs involved in our advice and there will be confidence that we won’t suggest you invest in anything that you won’t understand or be uncomfortable with.

Research & guidance

In devising your strategy, our promise that we won’t put any strategy or plan in place unless it is:

clear to you that what we are suggesting is evidence based,

you are confident in our reasoning, and

that we have shown how we can measure the strategy along the way.

This will leave you with a clear feeling that you can own this plan, you are comfortable with it and it is worthwhile committing to.

Put everything in place

This step is critical to get right because we are now starting to help you invest your money. We are there to project manage the process by:

ensuring all the components of the strategy are put in place,

no mistakes are made, and

you are kept up to date along the way.
