Paul started his finance career with the State Bank of NSW in 1989, which then became Colonial and then CBA.  He worked in the branches and then in the fast-growing loan processing centre looking after loans sent in by brokers.  He rose to become one of the Bank’s most effective trouble-shooters widely recognised as ‘the’ person to call if you needed something fixed.  He joined Vision in 2003 and has gained the same reputation among Vision’s clients.

One of Paul’s main roles, involves delivering support services for both Vision’s brokers and their clients.  The support team he leads is highly specialised with years of experience behind them.  He ensures that the team maintains its strong focus on service and delivery so that Vision ultimately provides the best possible experience for its clients.

Paul is also an accredited Mortgage Broker and a main contact for Vision’s existing clients; who know that whatever their new finance need may be; a refinance, pricing for a better interest rate, new loan for another property purchase, Paul will thoroughly assist them.

Work Life Balance

Outside of work Paul is married with 3 active children.  He loves playing club soccer and maintains very high levels of health and fitness.
