Dave co-founded Vision in 2000 after working as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, including time overseas.

With over 20 years owning and running a business, his role includes various disciplines.  From mortgage broker, to credit manager, to process improvement, to financial controller, to supporting a busy team, and developing ways of improving the long term connection we have with our clients.

He wants to ensure that that every interaction we have with clients is warm and professional and moves the client towards helping secure their future through property.

Work Life Balance

Dave is punching above his weight being married to Donna and keeps busy with 3 active kids.  He has an open home and loves having lots of people over.  He is into most sports, and is a big supporter of the Wallabies, Waratahs, Roosters, Baggy Greens, Swans, the list goes on...

The first 2 weeks of every year you can find him down near Mollymook.  This time relaxing at the beach with family and friends, including lots of big ocean swims (and eating!) is among his favourite things in the world.
