We are delighted to introduce our Professional Year Candidate for Financial Planning, Ashleigh, who joined Vision in 2014. Ashleigh started her professional year as a Financial Adviser in 2023. With a passion for working alongside Vision’s advisers to build financial strategies for clients, Ashleigh brings valuable experience and dedication to the team. “I love the concept of helping individuals’ money work harder for them, as we all work so hard to earn it!”

Driven by a supportive and growth-orientated environment, Ashleigh appreciates the opportunities for personal and professional development at Vision and thrives in a diverse and enthusiastic team.

Work Life Balance

Outside of work, Ashleigh loves baking and always bakes new treats for the staff every week, enjoys a good cup of coffee, studies, immerses in audiobooks, and spends time with her husband and two beautiful young girls. Ashleigh and her family love family days at the golf range or beach. Ashleigh also travelled overseas for 8 years before moving to Newcastle and achieved a Diploma of Cake Decorating in London.
